Even without family and loyalty, Bowser is so strong that nobody can beat him in the army of Eggman. Their only chance is to use gems, without gems Bowser slaps easily with all his powers. But, Bowser and his army ? Yeah, it's dead for Eggman, but i think Bowser needs to not go all out because he CARES about his army and don't want to kill by accident, so... Heh. Bowser and his army win like easy-mid diff. Bowser alone, if he don't get trap by his clumbsiness, he won easy diff, if there are gems; then he loses high-extreme diff IF and ONLY IF he relies only on his raw strenght, with his magic he can win time and destroys the others without the gems. I mean, he is as reality changer powers be like, it's INSANE. And i'm pretty sure that Death Battle, with all those alternative scenario took the closest one to not make Sonic fan too angry lol, because there is absolutly NO WAY that Bowser and his army loses. Kamek, King Boo, Jr paint, BOWSER, yeah nah, they really showned the closest fight that could happen.

The thing I really liked here was how they went out of their way to animate alternate scenes of the actual death battle to show other possibilities in the breakdown. It's a neat touch that I haven't seen anyone talk about yet.

I have watched this fight and listened to the song an unhealthy amount of times this week. This has literally been my most wanted fight for years, and DB just blew my expectations out of the water! I actually ended up voting for Bowser too, which is ironic considering I'm a huge Sonic fan and have been rooting/betting on Eggman the whole time. Though honestly, I saw this one going either way, so I'm not upset. But Bowser's analysis got me thinking - Yoshi needs to make a comeback with a much better fight than Yoshi VS Riptor. And seriously, when are we gonna get Rosalina on the show? Seeing her fight would be sick!

Regarding the last part you are right, but there's more to that. That would be a form of a copying ability and kamek can actually nullify copy abilities. That's why we didn't get the overlord version of metal sonic because it's a form of a copy ability. That's why we only got the Neo form because that wasn't a copy ability but a transformation from a chaos emerald, bypassing kamek's nullify ability.

Paper Mario isn't an alternate thing, like the episode says, the Paper Mario games reference mainline adventures regularly and vice versa. It's not just based on one statement from Miyamoto. A lot of the Kamek stuff wasn't even from Mario Party either (though those games are 100% usable), it was from the rpgs

Yay! I was just thinking about you a few minutes before the video was uploaded, hoping you weren't spoiled of the results and didn't react to this one, because, OMG! This may be my new favorite DEATH BATTLE! episode of all time! Yeah, they made Eggman vs Wily way before their official team up in the Sonic/Mega Man Archie comics. I like how Moro, the animation God that has blessed us with the fight animation, hooked up these alternative scenarios on a whim, like they were a form of deleted scenes. I will admit, even if the bullcrappery of Mario Party didn't play a factor into this, it looks like Bowser still would have won. Then again, Eggman loses to magic animals all the time. Like Jacob said, we should have seen this coming. Doesn't make it any less epic and I'm so glad you were able to react to this without getting spoiled, because the amount of stuff that came from it has been nuts. Fan art of Sage in Bowser's army (unwillingly), (my favorite is 1 where she's looking at a 1-up mushroom and thinking she can use it on her daddy. 😄) and the absolute roasting of Infinite getting bodied by a simple Thwomp. 😆 Loved your reaction to the next time announcement, too. For those who don't know: Among Us Vs Fall Guys was one of the matchups for the Champions Poll of 2022, which the DB Champions can vote for two of the matchups, one for 2D and one for 3D which will become an official DB Episode for season 10. And Among Us Vs Fall Guys is one of those 2D Matchups. However, that matchup was lost in place of Bill Cipher Vs Discord(Gravity Falls Vs My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic) for the 2D Matchup for Season 10. But to see this actually becoming an actual Death Battle episode after 2 years is wild.

I like to think that in a sense, Mario helped Bowser win this fight; it was thanks to his constant battles with the plumber, the defeats and deaths that he and his troops have suffered through the years by the Mario brothers, other foes, and even Peach in some times, that made Bowser and his army train even harder, adquire multiple powerful items in their conquests, and coordinate better as a whole, to try again and conquer the mushroom kingdom next time and finally defeat Mario for good, which in turn prepared them for this encounter against the Eggman's empire.

It also helps that Bowser and the Koopa Troop are no stranger to fighting robot armies. Smithy from Super Mario RPG, Fawful from Bowser's Inside Story, and Zokket from Mario and Luigi Brothership also had their own mech minions that Bowser and/or his troop opposed. Fawful in particular had his own giant mechs in the forms of Bowser's own castle and a modified Peach's castle. So Eggman wasn't anything too new for Bowser.

That's all I'll say. - Sadly, the "feminist" bit is a mistranslation. The actual word was "womanizer". - Y'know, the Chaos Emeralds' ability to "give thoughts power" is pretty similar to Bowser's ability to make what he imagines happen. I wonder if this is the power of the Star Children - the power to actualize their own wishes? (Anyway, what would you think of Luigi vs Riku? It'd be a good opportunity to showcase Dream Eater Riku and Dreamy Luigi all at once.) (Also, yeah, I don't think Mewtwo would last against Super Shadow now. In fact, I'd rather see the Pokemon fight Sephiroth instead.) - Oh, don't worry, Infinite's fine (though his ego sure isn't). Amusingly, he was put out of commission after 8 seconds of screentime, which is even sooner than MICHELANGELO. - *"HOW DARE YOU! KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF MY SOOOOOOOON!!!"* Chills. Every. Time. - Started with plywood, ended with plywood. And with all those 1-Up sounds, it's likely the Koopa Troops' casualties are being undone. - To be fair, my faith in Eggman's chances dropped as soon as I saw the black hole calcs in his rundown preview, knowing the kinds of black holes that Bowser withstood. - Hoping to see more of those Alternate Scenarios (like, say, Ash being revived by Pokemon tears, or using Pokemon besides whatever six he's assigned with). - Okay, the Next Time made me laugh REALLY hard when I first saw it. (Guess it helps that it started with a scene that we Fire Emblem Awakening players may recognize. Ah well, I suppose Lucina vs Grovyle will get its chance another day.) Note: egg man had never plane to take over the universe yet with his army he could have done so with brutal efficiency. Side Note: Dr.eggman used only a fraction of his army to attack bowser ofc he lost and he got hard nerft as none of the other strong core unites of Dr.Eggman are in the battle other then the ones that are already in it.

For mario, I liked Mario 64, mario sunshine, Mario galaxy, Mario kart, Luigi mantion, Mario & Luigi series , and mario odyssey. And my favorite characters are mario, Luigi, , peach , bowser, bowser jr , yoshi , DK ,daisy 🧡 AND rosalina💙 ! And the animated movie mario made by illumination, was fantastic! And I liked bowser peach love song ! Lol 😂👌( and btw I heard some rumors that the company want to make a SUPER SMASH BROS movie ! And masahiro sakurai , the guy who made the kirby , kid Icarus uprising , and SUPER SMASH BROS series , he is making a new game ! , I hope it a smash sequel or a new kirby or new kid Icarus game ! But I could be wrong about all of them and if I am , I'm sorry.. ) And for sonic , I liked sonic adventures 2 (and btw I liked the eggman them from that game ) , sonic hero, sonic and the secret ring, sonic unleashed, sonic chronicles , sonic colors , sonic generation, sonic boom series , sonic x series , and sonic frontier. And my favorite characters are sonic, tail , knuckle, shadow , amy , eggman , silver , omega, sage , ORB bot , cube bot , tangle and whisper (who btw I ship them . idk why , it's just feels like it to me imo ) And theres this two story's , the sonic archie and sonic IDW , both made by the writer named Ian Flynn , who's btw is a great writer ! The arts the characters , and the story , ALL of them are amazing! I haven't read much on the archie sonic worlds or watch the show , but I do know little about sonic and the freedom fighter , and for IDW , I reached the METAL VIRUS arc , which btw is an awesome arc , and a great read! Really! I didn't know who to root for . bowser would win cause he got more strength then eggman , he got dark magic and transformations like his giga bowser and his bowser fury form from super Mario 3D world ( which btw I like that transformation most , cause it looks epic! ) and there's eggman, he is an EGG-cellent genius ( get it ? Hehe 🤭) and got his giant robots , the eggdragoon , the death egg robot , and eggrobo from sonic lost world game ( which btw I like that one the most!) And his repeated boss battles lines like "get of load of this" and "TAKE THIS!" , those words never leaves my head..! Lol This fight between bowser and eggman was awesome! ( 24:53 btw I love this shot ! 😎👍🔥 ) And seeing them together, just reminds me little bit of the Super Mario bros Z series .(which btw , it's an Badass AWESOME series ! Ngl ) But overall HOLY COW ! This was the most analyzed and great animation death battle of this Season I've seen! (The animation itself , its ALSO almost reminds me of a KZbin channel named @moro_production , who btw makes a great animation like "indie cross " and that first ep IS FIRE !🔥🤩 )and also those alternate scenarios they added in death battle , that's actually really neat ! So I know I talk too much.. so I have just few last thing to say.. First off , CONGRATS ON YOUR WIN , AMBER !!🎊🥳🎉 Second , I played fall guys ! Its was fun for me !😊👍 as for among us , I haven't played that game , but I've heard its was amazing ! And Arnold (aka murderofbird) played that game once..! Lol And lastly , I'm not good with advice , I know your struggling with your work and schedule , and I just wanna say that I hope you take a vacation break from KZbin work and your job and you do your best and stay in good health , and be the best "YOU" , you can be AMBER ! Also I’m sure the overlord form is weaker than Super Neo Metal Sonic. Also Super Neo Metal is actually under Eggman control

In IDW Metal sonic goes overlord after going super implying it's the stronger transformation of the two. Also Metal sonic's rebellion wasn't due to his transformation it was due to him having a high level of self awareness and desire to beat sonic. Eggman however removed this rebelliousness from his code and he is still shown to serve eggman even in his overload form when he uses it in IDW. They probably just used super to give it more time to shine and was probably cooler to animate

Paper Mario was always canon. While it is an alternate universe (still dislike that retcon) the events, characters and items from those games are canon and have appeared in other games outside of their paper designs.
