Sorry for your loss. Allow yourself to grieve. Don't bury the pain. Sometimes you might feel like you have a handle on it and it may storm back in certain moments - it's okay. It comes in waves. What a beautiful reminder that when we find ourselves in our darkest moments, there is truly a potential to find a light like no other. As much as we would like to not suffer, it feels like a degree of suffering is essential in order to experience the bliss once you let go and overcome. An example that sticks with me is that in order to grow muscle, one must break down some of the existing layers and allow life to rebuild upon it a stronger one. Life has these patterns every where you look.
