I'm actually so glad he's the lead guy in this show, it was one of the main reasons I decided to give it a chance, I've always been a fan of his acting, however most of the characters I've seen him play have questionable motives or morals and this is the first time I'm seeing him play an extremely likeable and sympathetic character so I can finally root for him 😅

its fairly obvious the writers are a little ignorant of gun and veteran culture and haven't bothered to consult. and id suspect that the people under the executive weiting staff that do the actual writingg are all under 30 and have done the bare minimum of research in a lot of areas. the radio operation comes to mind. a simple wire suffices and tree geight for a dipole is MORE than sufficient to DX the world. also ive yet to meet a dc battery that can charge directly from ac. an inverter is needed..every electrician and ham i know cringed that saw the setup. the complete lack of improvised explosives as a anti monster effort is a glaring lack, just about every combaat vet i know would be looking for the ingredients after the first night of scary ambulatory bad guys.
