The guy in mask is voiced by the legendary Troy Baker. He did the voice of Joel from the Last Of Us, The Joker in Batman Arkham Origins and he's recently doing the voice of Indiana Jones in Bethesda's upcoming game. You won't believe that he voiced Indiana Jones and The Joker. The guy is an absolute talent.

Death Stranding has quite unique lore...it's a sort of supernatural apocalypse cataclysm post-apocalyptic world :) lots of metaphysical stuff (the nature of death itself and so on).

I love how this game actually tries to rationalise the existence of ghosts, even if it’s still trippy at first. Once you get the details it all even starts to make sense! Not like other games that just throw ghosts, and let you deal with them

I'm so incredibly excited for this I loved the first death stranding some of the characters are so interesting and likeable fragile (the woman with the hand mask) and heartman are so cool and yes the guy with the guitar is troy baker!

The man at the start of the trailer is George Miller, director of Mad Max. Kojima is also working with Jordan Peele on Overdose, a horror game. As for Death Stranding, it's a supernatural science fiction game that will make 100% sense at the end. To grasp it, you need to understand the lore that is distributed through text, dialogue and exposition. It's worth playing if you want to invest time in an easy to pick up game with lots of cutscenes. Gameplay wise it is indeed going from A to B with cargo (to connect and reunite> make america whole again). The main antagonist will be the environment (and the baddies) and at your side you have other players who make your and their journey easier by placing structures to overcome obstacles. It's the sense of community and worldbuilding Kojima promoted. Walking is merely one way of transport and you will find other ways to move quicker as you progress. Combat is light while your travels can either be relaxing or boring. It all depends if you vibe with it.

It’s the kind of game where the execution always justifies its existence. It’s not a fun game in the traditional sense, but it’s so incredibly rewarding and confident in itself that you will feel compelled to understand it even if you don’t think you’ll find any answers. It’s kind of long but I finished it in a week.

Death Stranding is batshit. You CANNOT understand anything unless you play the game. Even then you'll probably be confused. It's not super duper user friendly, story wise, but it is remarkably deep and absurdly creative and interesting. There is not a more original property in the world.

Highly recommend you to watch the story of the first Death stranding or play, it's take about 20-25 hours in easy difficulty if you're going through the main story. I guarantee you will cry in the end. This game on level of the last of us, God of war, Witcher, red dead redemption.

Death Stranding was made by hideo kojima who made the Metal Gear Solid series, even if he didn't get big none actors if it's from Kojima then people would be interested in it.
