Deathstroke is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The character was created by Marv Wolfman and George Pérez. He is a mercenary and assassin who first appeared in The New Teen Titans #2.

Priest is definitely a slow burn writer. His Tarantino esque story telling can be very confusing at times although his run on black panther was similar but easy to follow. With that being said, I enjoy the arcs he has so far and this is a great introduction to Deathstroke. Thanks for the video, Rob.

The only 2 two instances I consider, Is the in the new 52 deathstroke where they come to a tie. A earlier instant, were they fight in gotham but Deathstroke technically wins but after the fight he said that his injuries from batman causes him to lose his next encounter. But Wilson does admit that batman is the best person he's ever fought

It means that their score places them in the 75th percentile. Out of a hundred people, 24 of them may have scored higher on that IQ test (be considered smarter) while 75 of them will have scored lower.

What it _really_ means is that I.Q. scores in DC are fluffed to heck and back. An IQ score of 150 in the real world lands you in the 99.9th, or, (depending on the test) 1 in over 2000 people. Deathstroke is my top Rebirth pull. Priest is an amazing writer. I don't necessarily agree his writing his complicated, it just requires thought. I love that no lose end is ever a lose end, it makes you pay attention to everything that happens throughout the comic. Can't wait for the Defiance arc!

Nadeem Shaikh you should read Deathstroke the terminator 6 - 9. I have those comics and think in #7 he nearly beats batman to death. They fight again in detective comics # 710 in which deathstroke beats him to death again and then later in the comics batman beats him by sneaking up on him. They fought in the new 52 and that fight was kind of even. It's not a bad thing to get beat by deathstroke. He is enhanced

He killed an alternative universe Batman by graping him by the neck, then flying almost outside the Earth atmosphere then fly back to the Earth with such speed the friction burned Batman to death, literally turning his body to Ash.

The killing fields werent just one single field. Several camps were dispatched throughout the cambodian territory where the Angkar (ie = the khmers rouges) forced the population to labour. When someone was disobedient or captured by the regime, they would take that person to a close field to execute them and let their body without sepulture

My biggest issue with superman in most iterations of his character is that if he can't punch right away to victory he tends to lack any type of situational awareness. This is best looked at in the Batman vs Superman movie where superman tries to run in and punch only and gets taken down almost each time. Whereas Wonder Woman used strategy and combat skills to fight doomsday. Same thing in this story i feel that Superman tries multiple times to just hit Deathstroke harder hoping that he can just overpower the suite without figuring it out sooner that its just reflecting all my power back at me. Although DeathStroke is really smart, fast, strong he is still nowhere near as powerful or as fast as superman. Take some steel that's been tossed around and keep applying more and more to him, and no matter what Deathstroke does even with his enhanced abilities could counter that fast enough.

that is an untrue factoid that ignores that the brain is made up of multiple parts working in tandem. a given activity (such as talking) might only use youre language centers and basic logic/memory stuff but thats not the same as only using 10%. the brain is specialized into parts, we need all parts to function but not 100% for each thing we do, so to speak. so someone who only uses 90% would, for example, have no memory, or be unable to speak and understand language.

probably, but the supersoldier thing handwaves it away. or you can subscribe to the big boss school of 1 eyed badasses that dont get slowed down by their loss of an eye because muscle memory and sheer talent and experience make up for the handicap. theoretically big boss still holds his sights to his dominant eye/side for a time (even though thats the eye he lost) but is so acustomed to using weapons that just the information from his other eye coupled with familiarity with a given weapon means he can still shoot straight, even without seeing properly.
