How many times we see a player not do well, go to another club and either star or struggle. Even now, Mbappe isn't starring at Real Madrid. Is he suddenly an avg player? Gravenberch last season came from Bayern, a top talent, didn't do much. Got a new manager and a new style of play and now he's balling. The players don't change much, it's the environment that changes

Through the years of the Man United downfall since Fergie, it really shows how good of a job David Moyes done. He came in after that unbelievable manager and held them in a decent position with a poor squad and ownership. The rotation is very simple under RA, he knows his players are so poor athletically that they need all the rest they can get to execute anywhere near the intensity he wants. The results aren't that important at this stage.

INEOS biggest mistake was not sacking ETH after the FA Cup final. Looking back, it was a total fluke that United won it. United finished 8th and looked horrible for 99 percent of last season. ETH kept his job because of a freak win. He got to spend more money and still looked terrible so then they bring in a new guy with a totally different system and try to get United playing good with ETH players. Why not just get Amorim at the beginning of the season? This way he gets to buy the players he wants. It just makes 0 sense. INEOS was supposed to bring in this new era but they’ve been dreadful so far
