You have made my day, missed your vlogs so much. I am a vegetarian and my husband is not so I tend to make food for him but not for me, I just eat junk. These recipe ideas have given me the incentive to get some yummy food made for ME. Hope you will make another video next week and tell us about what is happening in your life (aren’t I nosey) but for people who are stuck inside (shielding a partner) it brings a breath of fresh air to my rubbish life. All the very best and see you soon😊

So glad you are back on you tube, Instagram tends to be a bit impersonal in my opinion but hey, it’s better than nothing 👍

My mum taught me instead of using tupaware, once the food has been frozen in the freezer, you can put the blocks into ziplock bags (can be washed and cleaned after so you aren’t buying and throwing a lot of plastic) and they pack into the freezer a lot better than Tupperware so after the first day you have so much more space X

I loved this. Very relaxing. I always brown the mushrooms first, take them out and then brown the mince in the same pan and add the mushrooms back in after. You do get a bit more flavour to your pie or chilli then. Just saying. It still looks delicious.

Great video Debs.. I too am GF and a fodmap follower it has been a life saver. So always great to get some new ideas that I can play with as well. So definitely up for more recipe ideas and updates. By the way my mother taught me that same method with the cornflour also the teaspoon of sugar with tin tomatoes to cut the acid..will give the maple a try though. Can I also recommend a gf coconut based type soy sauce I get from cocofina which causes no probs as I can not tolerate any soy or soya products which are in so many things these day's. Love following you and Gus over on Insta too. Take care. 😊❤

As you mentioned that you want to have more calories then you can add Olive oil to most of your food & salads which is very healthy however it will add calories. Also nuts are filled with calories & also healthy xxx

Is there any reason why you need to use the drawers in your freezer? Just wondering if you remove a couple drawers, you could use bigger containers and stack higher in there instead of having limited space in those small drawers. Food looks yum!

I was skipping meals and ended up in hospital really poorly; as a vegetarian I took it for granted that I was healthy but I wasn’t having enough protein in my diet totally my fault
