As a fellow ontario bronco owner, I'd recommend swapping your tie rod to ontop, just need to ream it out or you ream it and install a sleeve so it's not hour glass. Easier on steering parts and handle way better. Your radius arms are a weak point since you went with drop brackets over extended radius arms. I would recommend plating them, they fold in half easy.

@@phantomwalker8251 completely disagree. I ran TTB for 12yrs, with 35s, locked, 16" of wheel travel in the front. Jumped it and drove it down the highway. When you understand it is fun. I now have d60 and ORI's on 40s, its tougher but it was way more fun with TTB.

When ever I’ve had to deal with Ford frame rivets, I’ve used an angle grinder to remove the head til it was flush. Then I’d use a drill with about an 1/8" drill bit to drill hole deep enough to clear the thickness of the frame. Then a punch and hammer. Out usually in one wack. The 1/8" hole relieves the tension of the rivet.

I had a 1980 which was the first 4x4 with IFS, let me tell you it's a game changer you don't lose traction in the whoops and you can climb anything, mine only had two shocks on the front axle and went into a death wobble under freeway braking, I built my own quad shock towers, and a couple years later Ford came out with those standard, there isn't a single Ford 4x4 pickup part on it they will not fit or not the same especially the brake calipers which are stainless steel on the bronco and they're some kind of fiber stuff that will almost kill you when the brake pads fall out and the e-brake cable snaps, that exhaust is coming through the back window you can't have it down when you drive, they're very easy to work on you can change it rear axles just like changing a tire as long as you take it to a machine shop and press a new bearing on.
