What a beautiful discussion here! As a hospice Music Therapist for over 15 years, I particularly find that creating new memories, facilitating/ validating reminiscence through music and creating legacy projects as well as creating a holding space though music as someone is transitioning... all this can add profoundly to the Hospice journey.
