Good info. When counting carbs is there a difference in carbs from fruit like melon and peaches which are mostly water VS more dense carbs like rice and potatoes? I love fruit but it’s using up all my carbs

The difference is really fructose vs. glucose, and there are of course differences but for practical purposes, they aren't super significant and I don't worry about it. The water will effect the mass which means in super watery fruits, they are probably just less calorically dense than you might assume - so check the macros and math to be sure about portion sizes!
