Ooh, great. I really admire Anne of Cleves . She’s actually really pretty. If Henry could’ve got over his hurt feelings and hissy fit, she would have made a good queen to him. I met my future husband when I was 16 and I did not know how babies were made ( I had a theory but it was completely wrong). He told me the truth at a drive in one night ( I’d made a comment to a movie that was on and I even remember which movie it was. It was a dreadful movie called Poor Cow) , I couldn’t hardly face him the next day! On the Monday, during my lunch time, I went to the State library and whispered to a mature aged lady what I wanted. She gave me this book and asked me if I was o.k All I could bleet out was ‘ he was right’! It’s not that unusual. 👵👵👵🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺

The woman Henry really wanted to marry, Christina of Denmark, married Anne of Cleves' original betrothed, Francis of Lorraine. Burn!

Anne is my favorite it’s a shame that ppl think negatively of her. She was beautiful and def not “evil” no one seems to know about the kings impotence and him surprising her as a commoner.

I don't think Queen Ann had any idea how to make a baby or anything about sex. These women were very protected. I think Queen Ann was beautiful.

There was an Austrian Emperor who only allowed his daughters to be surrounded by females. Even pets had to be female. It is possible that Anne of Cleves were kept equally sheltered. Even in the 19th century, many girls are kept innocent until their mothers told them the "facts of life" on the evening before their wedding. Francis of Lorraine married someone else.
