Cycle Curriculum:
White and Yellow Belts:
Green stripe: Stances
Blue stripe: Form (White: 4 moves; Yellow: 10 moves)
Red stripe: Bag Sparring Combos
(normal one…. Plus Double Jab, Cross, Jab)
Black stripe: Defense Skill (basic wrist escape)
Green Belts:
White stripe: Form
Yellow stripe: Defense Skills
1) Wrist Escape (add strike)
2) Front Choke Escape (add strike if against wall)
Black stripe: Sparring Blocks/Gear
1) 5 sparring blocks (6 for adults)
2) sparring gear on in 2 min or less
3) Sparring combo: Double Jab, Cross, Jab
Blue, Brown, and Red Belts:
White stripe: Form
Yellow stripe: Defense Skills
1) Wrist Escape (add strike)
2) Front Choke Escape (add strike if against wall)
3) Side Headlock Escape on ground
Black stripe: Board Breaking
Black Belts:
White stripe: Form
Yellow stripe: Defense Skills
1) Wrist Escape (add strike)
2) Front Choke Escape (add strike if against wall)
3) Side Headlock Escape on ground
4) Wrist escape Come Along (Defense # 11)
