Loved Rafal and his groove metal/hxc vocal style, but this new guy (who has more of a modern deathcore style vocal a la Fit For An Autopsy and Thy Art Is Murder) brings something new for Decapitated and slays too !

For those concerned about Sauron's execution during this reunion, confirmed by Vogg on social media that Sauron was sick, possibly a sore throat or something for the show, totally explains it. That will do it to ya. Glad to see him up there again. Been listening to Sauron to Covan era since i was 16. Vitek has such a unique sound that no one still plays identical to him even today. RIP Vitek and speedy recovery to Covan. Miss Martin on bass, another distinct sound Id wish to hear with them again.

Decapitated deserve only respect! The way that they walked is pretty messy and full of pain. I think that they evolve in time... they have music for different fan base from old-school to more modern. My personal favorite era is with Covan, because I really like this kind of groovy sound and destroying vocals. Sauron for sure is the old-school classic death metal vocal. Rasta was a combination between first two vocals and for sure maybe the best looking guy for live show with great energy and connection with the fans. I'm interested what Decapitated will offer now! Till then... I will blow my speakers with ORGANIC HALLUCINOSIS

I simply don't think that Vogg brought those MLC amps with him. He just had to connect his Neural DSP Quad Cortex to the effects loop of a loaned Marshall amp.

His main rig here is the Quad Cortex. Probably a MLC capture. I think this Marshall head is just a stage decoration or maybe a return from his Quad to stage guitar tone.

Rasta has been my favorite vocalist ever since seeing Decapitated live at SummerSlaughter 14 years ago and then Carnvial is Forever blew me away. This new vocalist is excellent as well. Different tonality and onstage vibe. Props!

Sauron was an absolutely hidden gem of a beast in the early albums.... but its obvious that his longevity has caught up a bit. He still has a lot of moments where you can hear that signature growl from his younger days but his lung capacity doesn't have it at the same level these days for sure. New singer is killer though. Keen to see what they do with him on the next album!!

Maybe you won't take it seriously but I have always been an obsessive fan of DECAPITAD (and it doesn't matter that I'm from Poland) because I love their music, they have reached a new level in death metal music since they took me by storm, I hope not only me with the release of "Winds of Creation", " Nihility", "The Negation"! For me, the wrong decision is the later vocalist Rabi or whatever he calls it, it doesn't matter, but I hope they will release the album as soon as possible and choose the right frontman! Regards

I was there and it was an insane set. Having seen decap live with Rasta and now eemeli I’d have to say that Eemeli is the better sounding vocalist. He’s got a sort of Vader ish vocal sound which sounds amazing with the music compared to rastas more hardcore yelling type of screams. Still killer but I definitely prefer the traditional lower death metal style vocals for decapitated

Good to see Sauron again but it's clear why he's not in the band anymore, he just doesn't deliver live. I got to see these guys like a week or two before the bus crash during Summer Slaughter with Necrophagist headlining, Covan was incredible live. I really wish we got more albums with him. I hope Decapitated can get back to that sound, or the Negation era sound.
