This caretaker at Bannerghatta Biological Park has a special connection with wild cubs

Savitriamma, came to work at Bannerghatta Biological Park almost by accident - when she was offered the job in 2002 on compassionate grounds after her husband passed away. It takes real dedication and affection to take care of such timid creatures. Hats off to the lady and the entire park crew for taking care of the needy animals! And I'm so happy that this place is not a permanent zoo but a rehabilitation centre for the injured animals and they are later sent to the zoo when ready.
