Love your card. Nothing at all wrong with using ephemera on cards. I'm both a scrapbooker & a cardmaker, so I use my emphera mostly on scrapbook pages, but if I find I have some that I can't use on pages, I definitely put it in with my coloured scraps to use on cards.
