According to his former manager Warren Cowan who wrote in 2003 that Emmy and Thalberg Oscar winning legend Ray Stark who didn't produced 1989's Who's Harry Crumb and his former indie production company, Rastar when it was acquired by Time Warner in mid-2000. There were both producers: Regency Enterprises and Frostbacks Entertainment, distributed by Columbia Pictures and Universal-International in 1989.
