The suspense before you turned the key, 🤣 iv shorted out a loom back in the day fault find with cheep fuses. The smoke pouring out behind the dash was true horror 🤣 then had to strip the loom apart with a stanley that was melted all together. Lucky was my car, Great to have you back big fella! You got skills. 25 years ago, aged 20 I swapped a Pug 405 Mi16 engine into a Pug 205 GTi and thought I was clever! I now own a 2024 Cupra Formentor VZN which has the E888 and has 333BHP with an exhaust and thought I did well fitting a air induction kit 😂 - too complicated for me these days, and I work in IT!

Brilliant mate. I enjoy videos like this where you get on with it but simplify stuff, I found your MK5 TFSI videos really helpful when I did my S3 to stage 2+. I think workshop updates/showing what projects are going on would be decent. Even just a quick run down on cars you’re tuning every now & again would be good. Keep it up mate you’re smashing it 👍🏻

I’m in Australia. I clicked on the video last night when it said 6 hours until it went live. Bugger I thought. Couldn’t wait to click on it first chance this morning. Excellent content. I’m a VAG enthusiast and I like to do as much of the work on my cars as I can. I’m not a mechanic but I have a mate who is and he helps me out. My wife has a 2014 Golf 110TDI wagon. I have an Alltrack with IS38 turbo upgrade and supporting bits. I also have a 2011 Skoda Octavia VRS petrol which is my sometime track car. And lastly a 2008 Golf GTI that I picked up a year ago for $500.00 that I have been gradually restoring. So all of your content is perfect for me from your Mk5 stuff through to your Mk7 R content. Keep up the awesome work.

Engine conversions are in the blood of golf owners, I'm sure lots like me have done 16v and 20v conversions and this is the next step. Mate, vlog style is damn fine if the content is good. Rob Dahm is proof of this. Admittedly his channel has now grown to become more professional, but he still just picks up the camera and vlogs sometimes. As long as the content is interesting it’s all good. He used head and chest mounted go-pro’s a lot in his earlier solo KZbin days, which meant he could get a lot of work done without having to focus too much on the filming aspect. It’s never going to be everyone’s cup of tea in content and production terms, but for the guys who just love the details and the topic of the content, we’d watch it through a black and white camera from the 50’s 😄

@southney7211 I've considered that pal, but seems a little bit of a pain. I find filming is a groove. Once I'm in it I can bash on and don't struggle. If I stop for a while then I just fall out of habit with it. I'm using my phone more often which helps with how compact and easy it is
