I really like the Gaian Tarot very much. I did weekly readings with it during the whole spring time. I paired it with the earth magic oracle and the language of colors cards. These readings were all about self healing. Seeing the guardian of the night tarot sitting in your shelf: recently bought it and I am working it through right now. Love it 😍

Regarding the Ace of Wands in Gaian I believe it's a salamander which has been associated in myths with fire because they would live in rotted trees and when the trees were set fire they'd run out and be thought to be born of fire. (I looked it up). I don't have this deck but I think I'd have to trim it (and wish it wasn't shiny). But pretty images and you provide lots of insight into it. Dreaming Way is a classic I love! Thanks for sharing :)

Oh great, the Salamander makes sense because, of course, it is one of the main symbols for the suit, but I just wasn't sure what the actual depiction was in this card... sometimes, creators today change animals... Anyway, indeed, it does need a trim but I don't think it should be that difficult, and yes, it is pretty shiny! Good to see you! Thank you for watching 🌼

From long time am planning to get this but how I don’t know why am not able too somehow it stopped me. Then saw your video may be I will get it jus let me know what you say about cardstock and it’s big size my hands are small is it smoth card quality am curious about. Thank you for watching. The cards are HUGE so you might want to trim off the border if you get it. Boho Tarot has done a video on modifying this particular deck. I think it is a great deck. It is geared towards every day society. I prefer the Herbcrafter's Tarot but that is one of my favourites. Hope that helps. 🌼☘

@@darkfaetarot thanks dear ya I already saw boho tarot has done mode but I won’t be able to do trimming I like silver gilded. Herbcrafter’s tarot is also on my wish list but then I was like will it be readable like tarot I was not sure but love the images. 💖

@@thewanderingstar7656 indeed, the Herbcrafter's is different. I too have decided to keep the gilding on the Gaian but that leaves them quite big and difficult to shuffle. 🏵
