I organize the exact same way! It’s a terrible mess in progress, but you have to touch everything th make a choice and find the right space!! Great job!!

Found a quilt kit from 5 years ago. Could not believe the money I spent and did not complete. You are not alone

This is the year i am challenging myself to finish things and work on things I have been intimidated by. Maybe Keith could invent something that has a pole that would hold our big batting rolls upright. Then we could make our own as per his instructions. I saw a video once where someone took a rolling stool, and modified it with a pole, so she could roll her batting around.

Aren’t you worried about possible fire from heat buildup. Took the Christmas ornaments out and we found some had melted or were bent due to to our unusually hot summer. Scary

I keep everything away from the AC unit and water heater. Nothing is touching them, just right next to them. I live in South Texas so most of the time, that room is colder than everywhere else in the house bc of the AC unit blowing in there to keep it cool.

I use mailing tube end caps from Amazon for my stabilizer. I put what it is, like WA for wash away, and the size using my label maker. Then I can see what it is by looking at the end of the tube

Morning, I would use that white on white for background on a quilt. Would you be willing to sell it?

I am trying hard to stop buying things!!! If I don't need it, and it is so cute and on sale, I have to really try not to buy it. It is so much easier to clean when things are cleaned off of decorations and things.

I noticed at the beginning of your live the calendar on your wall is from Kate at the Last Homely House. I kept looking at it and then realized that I have the same calendar. I love watching her channel. Thank you as always for your inspiration, I've gotten so much organization done because of you.

I don’t need to de-clutter I need to organize. If i give things away BEFORE I have had a chance to organize and use them it can be costly. I approach quilting, sewing and all my crafts from an ARTISTS position. I have inspiration and palettes of colors and textures and always have more than I can use. I have too much and that comes from my 40+ years off making a living as a designer. I need to organize, spend time playing with my things and then decide what I don’t want. NOT what I don’t use, I don’t plan to use everything, so it is what I don’t want.
