This was fun and informative to watch, thanks. I think that the Lido Shuffle is one of mankind's greatest achievement..right up there with the wheel and electricity... in fact, I think that sometime in the future, when life from other planets come to earth, and our planet goes from being a collection of nations to One Unified Earth, I think that Lido Shuffle will be our global anthem for intergalactic Olympics, Beauty Pageants, and all other events of that nature. And citizens all over the world will dance in the aisles getting down to this epic groove.... Now THAT is a future I am looking forward to. :)

Thanks guys . This has always been a very special song to me. Always like boz s music but this track has always been very special, the instrumental in the middle is just something else. I never tire of hearing this song and always gives me a boost. Thanks for spending the time looking at the song and doing a great version. 70 s music, disco era rock pop is something which will always be very special.

All I have to say gentleman is Wow! I was eight years old when this came out. And all I ever heard it on was an LP or the radio. My father God Rest his soul was a big fan. But sorry fellas Steely Dan, was his man! Anyways that recording at the end, it was like hearing it for the first time. Thank you very much!

Nice job on this. The only thing I noticed is on the layered harmony keyboard section you guys didn’t do the hard note stop at the end of each layer phrase like it is on the original. You guys hung on the last note of each layer a little longer.

This is quite an achievement, given the topnotch musicians who made the original! The vocals are eerily close!

It's one of my favourite songs, and it was very interesting seeing it deconstructed, so that made me appreciate the musicianship even more. But the remake did not sound right to me. The vocals sound like a choir of Gomer Piyes, and the whole recording is just too juiced up it's not subtle at all. Every instrument is trying to stand out too much from the other. Sorry guys, nice try, but no cigar.
