About my videos: These videos are a resource for anyone wishing to wake up from the dream of separation. Awakening, enlightenment, and liberation are becoming far more mainstream possibilities than they once were. There are many good teachers out there, and if you resonate with the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, Rupert Spira, or Sadhguru, you might find resources here that address these deeper promptings to investigate your true nature.

If you feel you are at risk of harming yourself or others, these videos and practices may not be the best thing for you at the moment. essentially every experience stands by itself, whether it takes the form of a glimpse into something... the thought of being excited about being awakened... feeling like you lost the glimpse...it all takes places in your experience, now, seeking something more about life...wanting to arive at an endpoint... they are all it, try to see that how our attention habitually goes into a mode of thinking about the content of what is arising at the moment, and how it seeks an additional meaning in an experience, outside of itself, which is actually non-existent. Every pixel of experience, which are sensations that make up the universe of experience, are only capable of giving information about themselves. Of course in the context of living a life we use what shows up in experience to estimate what can also arise in another moment, which is a very useful tool, but since every estimation- which are thoughts- are bound to an experience, which is only a part of the infinite possibilities of life, they are also limited, and through a limited thought, cannot come a whole understanding, it can only be partial, paradoxically, understanding this limit, is being in touch with the limitedness of life, which is unknowable, and thats beatiful. One may ask, what now ? I understood this, but what happens now ? :D Nothing, you just live your life, and thats beatiful too. Sorry for the long ranting lol.

But touching on the belief of the future, that absolutly made my foundation shake and caused multiple glimpses, as well a huge resistance to what is. It has now been put into the old perspective again. Maybe l was not ready for that, who knows. This process seems like getting 5 steps forward and 4 steps back.

This is a beautiful and profound merging of my two favorite topics in the church of You Tube….quantum physics and ‘non duality.’ A Thought=observer collapses the wave (eternity) into time a particle ( time) thus creating the appearance of a subject and object and the distance and time between them. If formless light( wisdom -knowing - consciousness) is a quantum field Photons (form) are entangled or simultaneous ( eternal) and unlocated ( infinite). Angelo describes the photon which ‘knows your retina and Andromeda simultaneously.’ These words are an attempt to define the undefinable and bridge the two ‘different subjects’ ( physics and nonduality) which were never separate. lol

A video you posted this week talked about thought. Since that video, I've been asking myself "what's my real experience without thought?" I've been asking this in every situation, and what I find is that even when a thought might suggest something is the end of the world, it's nothing I can't bear. I've been trying this question out whenever an embarrassing memory comes to mind, and I literally can't find anything wrong with those memories. There's just a thought that is the problem. In reality, there's no need for me to resit anything. And it seems like I don't actually resist anything.

@@ChrisTina-yc5fh what is thought?. Apart from thought is past, actually there is no such thing as "thought" as a separate entity. We are all facing "about thoughts" only (me, my idea, my kids, my money, pleasure, hate, friends, enemies, pain, happiness, etc.). This about thought is made up of stimulus and reaction. Both are unitary movements and spontaneous. You can't separate or distinguish. A thought is never aware of itself. Or you can't pinpoint the raising of a thought. If you go deeply, consciousness is also a thought. That's why Ramana Maharshi told his disciples to "stay with a single thought." I don't want to go deeper. All the best.

What always trips me up when contemplating timelessness is movement. How can there be movement if there is no time? I am experiencing movement, so I feel like I'm experiencing time.
@rickyf3448
@rickyf3448 8 күн бұрын
@3cats2fish84 Contemplate the fact that the only way that you ever "experience" movement is through memory. It's only the comparison between THIS moment and what (seemingly) was the case a split second ago that creates the impression of movement. If you had no capacity to memorize anything, would there be any movement? Now, once you have arrived at an acute awareness of the singularity of THIS moment (by simply pretending that you cannot remember anything, or by recognizing that all memory only ever arises in the present moment), notice that there is no linear progression taking place here. Things are just arising within THIS from everywhere and nowhere, or rather they are just *there* without coming or going at all.

Time is the finite measurement of a continuous whole physical dynamic movement, that has no finite whatsoever. Finite does not exist out there, 'in time', or as a movement of time, it only exists conceptually in thought, as a memory recall and re-processing. The "no time" conscious direct 'state' doesn't make memory, as it occurs. Our mind does not capture it, and can not--it seems to be instantaneous, as a result. But thought still tries to resume to analyse this and thus Direct ends instantly, as thought tries to do that, so a memory of "not understanding", what thought can not indirectly experience, was created in you by that inadequate thought attempt to observe the infinite mind. So we record indirect confused impressions of what's occurring, which you will (fruitlessly) analyse later, as a memory of it occurring. But not a memory of that state, as our memory can not capture it, thus analysis can not work on what was never directly experienced. So our memory is thus a 'facsimile', a failed copy of an edited copy, of a re-edited copy of what was an Actual unlimited Mind in the moment, not in finite time increments, and never experienced by a thinker, a memoriser, 'in time'. I suspect this is what leads to the feeling that time stops, when physically that movement continues but the finite measure increment we call 'time' in that movement, was cognitively absent, because thought was absent, while Direct mind was operating. They are innately immiscible but one state contains the other. The indirect finite-mind is a subset of the Direct Actual-mind that contains no finite. So one unifies all, and the other separates all. Immiscible. The thought process can never observe Direct so can never capture it. It gives up trying to. But of course this always was a finite-based illusion of the 'time state' of finite consciousness, that makes the memory. One is an indirect illusory-mind, and the other is a Direct "Actual-Mind". The memories of the illusion are highly incomplete, selective and biased, at best. We also consciously or unconsciously edit these memories, over 'time'. We edit 'time', and the thinker's perceptions in this way, via altering our memories, in reliving them, to try to understand them, or to deny them, etc., etc. But there is no understanding to be had in that way, because the time-based memory is always incomplete. It's not even good at what it primarily does. I use 'time' and 'finite' interchangeably because they both refer to the same dynamic movement, and the same limited perspective, or illusory 'understanding', through partial memories of movement 'events'. It should be clear here that there's of course no such thing as an 'understanding'. Understandings are just the illusion itself faking its apparent solidity, as 'knowledge', which the illusion will remember, as a reference point, in the way it is stored. Nothing was understood. The Direct mind has none of the memory, or its deluding ways of operating and editing itself. It is DIRECT - instant, always here, continuously operating even when finite processing interrupts the direct reception. It has never stopped or ended from the moment we began to live as a human and it was operating before that too and will continue to operate when the thinker can no more. It is the ACTUAL MIND - there is no meaning of 'time' for it.

Yes, this was my result as well. Digging deeper it seems that I have an understanding of entropy and microscopic movements occurring even while I'm not experiencing any movement. I'm also sticking on the thought that I can remember starting something, but I can't remember stopping something until I actually stop it, so the difference between the thought of stopping and the remembrance of starting feels like time must have elapsed.

Beautiful, bookmarked this one. To the science part: Special Relativity lead to the realization, that all those phenomena (time dilation) can only be true, if time doesn't really exist at all. Special Relativity views the universe as the "Block Universe" where time is just a spatial dimension separating all those events happening simultaneously. Hence the concept of spacetime: space and time are not different. This is not spirituality, this is science, although it takes longer than a comment to prove. And of course there are strong arguments against the fundamentality of space as well... To the experience part: I often (many times a day) find myself asking: how did I get here? What happened before? What caused me to be here and now? All those without accessing thought of course. Funny to realize, that I'm just here and now and the present moment doesn't need a past to depend on.
@SimplyAlwaysAwake
@SimplyAlwaysAwake 8 күн бұрын
Yes exactly. But what do you mean that is science not spirituality? What is the distinction you are making between the two?
@gergelyszekely9778
@gergelyszekely9778 8 күн бұрын
@@SimplyAlwaysAwake Well, I used to be a rational guy who tried to understand the world but trusted science only (even though I'm not a scientist). After 100s of hours of study what I found was that science says that there is no time, no space, and matter is not what it seems to be, rather a set of potentialities that also possibly coexist. This make the whole world seem to be a mental (spiritual?) plane rather than a physical one. From this point it is suprising to see how rugged the idea of consciousness emerging from matter is, since they already figured that matter is not what it seems to be.' Instead it's easy to see that something that exist (me, whatever I am) cannot be limited by something that doesn't exist (space, time). That would be like commiting a crime and getting caught by Colombo. Different fields of science got most of this figured out, they just didn't notice. This could be taught in schools. And that intellectual realization was that finally led me to look for similarly thinking people. Turned out that guys like the Buddha have been saying this for 2000 years before Newton and science was even born. And that it's not (just) a thought experiment, this can be my perceived reality. That's why I'm here: to realize, what I realized. So to answer your question: science is something any rational mind-driven person like me could see to be true, while spirituality needs a little bit of belief or at least trust in the beginning (that I used to not have). Of course I have that trust now (although setbacks happen), but I gained that trust by seeing that Einstein, Schrödinger, Buddha, You etc. are talking about the same thing from different angles. And I see that your angle is far more rewarding both in truth and in coping with life. And of course I see now that spirituality is all-encompassing science not excluded, so it's probably bad wording on my part. Yet, a lot of people woo-woo spirituality, but they can't woo-woo science.

Indeed. When they first identified galaxies a few hundred years back through the use of telescopes they called them “nebulas” bc they looked cloudy unlike stars. Dear Angelo, I usually don't comment, yet in this case there is an urge to do it. Your way to guide others especially through deeper stages of realization is very unique, as most teachers come not even close to this. There is something that I noticed several times in your video's that might be confusing to some viewers. Your way to show and deconstruct the belief structures and focus on the actual experience are very powerful, yet at other moments you say things that could be seen to affirm the same beliefs. In this case you started with a scientific viewpoint full of thought concepts like time, vast distances and objects in a universe (photons, galaxies) as if that is the reality, while none of that is actually experienced.

I love the way you are doing your videos… are you using an ai tool? I love this video… wow. This just goes deeper and deeper. It is wild has there is an eternal now and the experience of living in that vs the minds timeline. This video is such a deep transmission of the now of light. Thank you ❤

The lack of you having your wonderful mini mohawk here suggests that there is a rise and fall of the hair, and this mind has overlaid a sequence and progression from pointy to flat and I can't seem to get out of that thought ;)

Yes all the fields are all interacting with each other, at every point in time. But the craziest thing to me is that we don't experience any of this, we experience an emulator running on our brains, in advance. Muhammad Ali could deliver a punch in about 100ms. Minimum human reaction time is actually around 200ms. So why doesn't he land every punch? Because their simulation is predicting that far in advance. We aren't IN the matrix... We ARE the matrix.

please, what is the music playing, starting about 13:00 and again, maybe a separate piece around 22:00, that last one had such a gentleness and flow to it, I was bawling by the end! I hope you read this and tell me what the piece was so I can find it to record - I think the music alone can bring me back! words can't express my gratitude for what you do to help so many!

Ok, I notice the act of being aware and present 'now' stops thoughts, almost automatically. Like when a cat is watching a mouse hole, it is fully present in anticipation for the appearance of the mouse - a kind of alert, anticipation. Is this 'listening attention' where one should be hanging out, in terms of 'awakening'?

I live in San Diego. For the last year and a half I have been observing the night sky. It has become my practice, or ritual. I see white stars moving all around. People say “oh those must be satellites” but I know they are not. They only come when I take conscious breaths and I am in good spirits from the day. I also observe planets (I know they are planets or star systems because I look at them through an app) and they often twinkle on and off and feel it’s more than a twinkle. To me it feels like they are acknowledging my energy staring at them. Is this possible? I have thought this but this video is the first thing I have heard that even comes close to what I’ve seen or believed!?!?!

@@nickibinski Really appreciate it! I think you hit the nail in the head with the surrender part, guess it's easier to surrender when you have less to lose. It's just frustrating sometimes to be in a loop circle with moments of peace followed by intense mind chatter which leads me to meditate and surrender again
@Shpongly

@@Klazi I didn't rule out that fear yet, I think it has sometimes a "no deserving" aspect to it. But somehow when I feel more happy I get more entangled with illusion and less prone to dive in the unknown, if that makes sense.

@@Shpongly I feel you on the Low points. It helps me to remember something that another teacher said, an ocean has both high waves and low. When I'm mind chattering and looping off a good moment, I remember this is the low wave, yin and yang.

What is this guy on about ? I watched these exercises. I felt calmness peace and quietude. Big deal. So what ? What is the significance in this ? It's boring. How does being in a zoned out state make my problems go away ? How is it going to pay my mortgage ? Cure my disease ? Anyone can become quiet. We do it each night laying in bed before we fall off to sleep. But that doesn't change out lives. We don't think anything of it. We still need to measure our tasks each day, and to do that we call it time. And time DOES do something - it ages us. Because our cells break down as a process that uses, for want of a better term - time.

Ultimately the pint isn’t to feel calm and relaxed for a moment but to dig deep enough that there is a fundamental transformation in what you take yourself to be. The point of that is simple and clear, it is to get under all of that worry and angst you are describing (suffering/unsatisfactoriness).

@@gribwitch That isn't what I'm talking about, though I know it sounds like what it is. This process goes muuuuuch deeper. I wouldn't have believed it at all myself bc I was so skeptical and , well identified with my thoughts, but then the shift occurred and it was like Holy WTF??? It wasn't spiritual, it wasn't even personal, it was like reality sort of turned itself inside out. It changed everything and was the beginning of the end of worry, doubt, fear etc. But I get if it doesn't make sense or seems like a "nice way of thinking about things."
