This song is sick. Truly Incredible Album. You don't know good rock if you don't know this album. Masterpiece. From beginning to end this album is friggin' awesome.

This record clearly depict that Jane's Addiction is nothing without Eric A.

I always enjoy whenever I meet someone who owns this album and knows it. It something that instantly bonds us. And I know YOU know what I am talking about :) It's unfortunate Deconstruction was swept under the rug; but it will be with us forever.

This song has Dave's second best solo after Three Days. And basically no one knows this shit 😣

I admit to burning out on Jane's (especially Perry's vocals) years ago. But this album still hits, and this is my favorite song on it. A powerful studio masterpiece.

For sure, man. I remember finding this album when it was first released. Those were the days before the internet, when you had to really look for your music. I was amazed that Dave and Eric had put something out. Took me a while to warm up to it, but its one of my favorite albums ever.

This part: "An overturned truck mess slowed up the highway like for a movie a drive-in movie or a circus sideshow we all waited for our turn to gawk four mexican bodies laid out like battle casualties a fireman on one knee with hands filled with frightened bloody Mexican face I rolled by I rolled by"..and then that break..... It can't be more perfect!! I can imagine Dave and Eric playing this song live. In fact, I think this song could be used in any scene on a series or a movie. Deconstruction forever.

Bass and drums are the foundation. Bass maybe not played the same by everyone, people have structures they tend to perform and unlike someone else do something specific that maybe not quite the same as anyone else would do. Without Eric's ideas about composition the other guys maybe not the same. Everyone has a unique quality about themselves.

I just witnessed an accident this morning. An elderly woman was hit by a heavy truck. The body parts were scattered all over the floor, and I could do nothing but boggle, horrified. And think of this song.
