I'd go with the red ribbon with holly and berries. The large bow will help balance out the heaviness of the pine cone cluster, the red berries in the holly will tie in with the berries glued to the pine cones and the green holly leaves will add a nice pop of complimentary colour to the red ribbon and berries. It's a beautiful and creative artwork to add to your Christmas decor. Thank you for sharing the "how to..." with us ❤

I like #8 or #10. I love to bring in pincones from my yard for decorations also. For some of them, I add a few drops of cinnamon (or clove, or any other) essential oil and they make my room smell nice. I enjoyed this video very much! Thank you.

I love your DIYs. I love your videos, very professionally done. I agree with whoever said that the black walls looked nice and would have contrasted against the gold nicely. Love it. #10 is my favorite. Living in the land of the Pines of NC, I will be making this to hang on one side of my mantle this year to offset my asymmetrical garland. I may even add a little sparkle to the pinecones when the pine sap is still tacky ✨

Awe inspiring tutorial video. The anticipation you create provides the intrigue to begin decorating this year. Personally I am not a fan of too much green, but the shade you picked is very festive and a great spoiler for the season to come. In New York and throughout New England there are a variety of collections of pine cones to pick up and save for decorating. Thank you for sharing your expertise with us. It puts me into the spirit. Can’t wait to see your table setting displays. I like the wreath on top or perhaps some real evergreen clippings. Maybe a large natural sprig or a little broader wreath than the one you showed because from a distance I think the symmetry would be better balanced for the bulk and length of that beautiful pine hanging. The evergreen element enhances the natural beauty of the cones. I would add a little cardinal or other bird resting on or inside the wreath (if you choose that option) just because it would remind me of family that have passed. Birds nesting amidst the ribbons and berry treats symbolizes home all the more especially that your pines were gathered from your yard. Thanks for the tip on treating the cones prior to working with them. Lots of hard work. Please be careful on the ladder and wear comfortable secure footwear to stay safe. Love it!
