Hey l love this🥰 Do you have to be certified Cosmotologist to open a kids spa? I want to do it in my state but I don’t know where to start.

Yes you need a manicurist licensed worker that is doing nails , in the state of Texas they told me that's the only license I need , the person doing nails has to be licensed
