The cracks do com back rite?... I know you grind and v groove, maybe use a polyurea, or epoxy to fill them in right now, but eventually it will show bac up?
@MrCustomConcrete3 жыл бұрын
@@OGMAURCE yes it's always possible that they will come back, but when and if they do usually its a smaller hairline crack.
@OGMAURCE3 жыл бұрын
@@MrCustomConcrete ok cool, and you usually inform the client of that possibility? Also.. You don't think it's a waste of time and material to crack repair, if it will come bac anyway?
@MrCustomConcrete3 жыл бұрын
@@OGMAURCE Yes I always inform the client during the sales process, then it's in Bold writing at the top of my contract as well and that I do NOT guarantee the crack repair in any way and then I make them initial that part of the contract before I will take them as a client, I fix the cracks because I think its worth it and is some cases they may not come back, it just depends on who originally did the concrete work, where the slab is located, the age of the concrete has it settled already, is it suspended or on the ground, there are so many reasons it could crack again, but there is a chance it may not... so I'm willing to take that chance as long as my client knows upfront then I can sleep well at night knowing I told them everything upfront and they initialed the part on the contract then they can never come back on me and say otherwise...I well written contract can keep you out of court!

Geez! What a transformation!!! You'd really enjoy coming to my house and looking at my 2 car garage floor. I live in the record-holding coldest place in Minnesota and apparently, it's normal for concrete floors in garages to sink. My goal is to get a company here to fill it with that fancy stuff and raise it back up again. Dude, the concreate in some parts of the garage fell damn near 2 feet!!!! Anyways, great video! And nice work!
@MrCustomConcrete3 жыл бұрын
oh WOW it fell 2 feet dang that's CRAZY!!... but yeah it can be jacked up and leveled up then the cracks would need to be repaired, then the overlay could go on, thanks for checking out the video, so glad you like my work.
