Decriminalization of Bounced cheque in UAE. What it means?

hello mam I was having loan of 250k in UAE in jan 2023 and i paid 6 installments then unfortunately i lost my job and due to visa cancellation I have to return back to my country but now i have got another job in UAE but bank is saying there is cheque bounce case +travel ban + arrest warrant in process. mam please advice what shall i do because I currently i don't have money to pay, but after joining can pay as regular EMI like before i was paying. thank you.

Can you also explain that incase the checque case is very old like 2010 around what that cases will be also decriminal and what will happand incase on arrivel on air port No 2 is this ruls is only in dubai or all emirates

@@realtorsworld3017 the decree is for all Emirates, however practice might vary. It’s possible that the old case might be closed in accordance with the new rule, even automatically, however in each case it depends on the details of the matter.
