Hi Ma'am me before working UAE Sharjah five years five years my have after my company cancel for after me no make Visa after Ajman police case me after sen my country from lndia is still my one' year my country how to coming UAE please reply please

Good afternoon. Appreciate your comment. If you dont have any case at the moment or ban you can apply for visit visa or if you find employment to come under employment entry permit. Hope this will be helpful Regards

Asalam U Alikum I took a visit visa 2010 from Abu Dhabi travel agency but that visa issued by Dubai immigration.that time I was doing job in Abu Dhabi reason to took visit visa because my company said we had some legal issues that's why we can't submit any visa for time being but if you can arrange visit visa from 3rd party then you can do job even they took money to me for employment visa after that they didn't pay my salaries then I go Abu Dhabi court I informed to court about my visa and job everything and asked to court if I put case on company and during that my visit visa expire then court said no problem if you are right then we give you letter from court which mean if your overstay there is no fine but after 1 year I won that case court gave me letter for immigration then I gave that letter to Dubai immigration but they didn't accept that letter and putted fine which I didn't have then I asked to Dubai immigration and took out pass and came back to pakistan.now my question would you like to study this case.i and ready to pay your fee.
