Got me a lovely ecoboost fiesta (140bhp) as my first car, I think its a good starter/fast car.

when converting the R8 to RWD you actually feel the difference, especially on track but also in daily driving. 50kg less doesn't sound alot but it acutally is and it's quite cheap, you can do it yourself (especially since you like working on your cars) and it's 100% reversible. i drove a R8 4.2 with and one without back to back a bit more then two years ago and it felt so much better.

I'm sure you'd notice a difference yeah, but I don't find anything wrong with the way it drives at the moment and like I said it'll be harder to put all that instant torque from the supercharger down through only 2 tyres instead of 4. Just a case of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" for me at the moment

So fucking true the "I want to make loads of money" sentiment; I've been working on a project for nearly 3 years at this point and I don't need a degree in business to make it happen; it's literally as you say, work hard and I'd add hone the skills relevant to the field you want to push a product into. For me that's a mix of electronics, programming and modelling. I've spent the last 3 years getting better at those things - and they are all things applicable to a field I am passionate and know a lot about. Musk always goes on about working 100 hour weeks; it is true if you work twice as much as the next guy, then you're more likely to get twice as much done and to succeed.

Heres a Question on a £40k budget for someone who currently got a A45 what car would you buy?

NunuKnowsTheWay if it was a daily I would personally go onto a late 2015 a6 all road, you can get an entire options list example for under £40k. If it was only a weekend car, it would be an f-type or a high spec Cayman R or Boxter Spyder. I think the choice really means only you can really decide though!

Would be a daily car definitely looking at second hand ones as new ones are out of the question budget wise. I test drove a 2014 Mercedes C63 AMG coupe but i'm to worried about the running cost it being a 6.2l. I'm not a big fan of the F-Type but i'm curious to what BMW and Audi (or other brands) could offer in comparison to the C63. As for the a6 it would be to big for me i like compact cars (hatchbacks or coupes).

I used to be, but its been going strong for several years now so I don't see any reason for it to suddenly stop. I have invested in a couple of houses to rent out as well as a second source of income though.

Have you ever thought about investing in other shorter term return investment businesses such as Affiliate Marketing etc? I've got a small business that I probably make the same amount of money as one of your properties but had a much smaller upfront capital cost. Just sort of kills the vibe of real estate to me tbh since I can get a quicker and bigger return in another business without doing much more than 4 hours a week.

Balázs H got to be worth 65-70k on the private market. Most people would shy away from the supercharger though so I'm not sure
