I use throw pillows... for throwing! They're the perfect projectile. (Admittedly I also use them to prop myself up/get comfortable, but throwing is the more fun use case.)

Pillows are a conspiracy. They are definitely useful but the number required is variable. And my childhood dog Mojo loved going ham and kicking them all off, his favourite game. I’m very happy you opened up Stitch4Pride again as I had FOMO. It wasn’t a good financial time for me originally and I left buying the learning to the last minute and had chaos so I was taking it as a sign…but this is a better sign 😝 Vancouver food is elite, I have definitely travelled to a different country for extended time and NEEDED a different food source which ironically was also a sandwich.

Looking forward to the re-release of Stitch For Pride! Lovely progress on your WIPs :) When I know I’ll be out of the country or in a country with one dominant food group (Italy/italian) for an extended period, I will pack a travel size of hot sauce and use it any time I can. I need the spice!

Loved seeing all the Italy posts. I like Italian food, but after two weeks there I wanted something else too. Brought back wine and olive oil though. Gender affirming surgery is covered here, but there is a huge waitlist, so people go abroad too. Not right to have to pay for it yourself 🙁 Stitching the June part right now. It’s a fun journey to put in my journal 🏳️‍🌈! Thanks for that ❤

I feel like most of the countries I've been to, the "traditional" food in the major/tourist cities are kind of mid. It's the small restaurants that have been around for generations that have the best food.
