I ordered a knife from Deejo and I never received it. Deejo won't refund my money because it was a custom knife and they tell me I need to do the work to find the knife that was apparently lost in shipping. So, I didn't get my knife, I didn't get a refund and Deejo expects me to locate the knife myself. What an absolutely horrible company and customer service!

That's pretty lame. I bought mine straight from a retailer. I've been super happy with it but it's literally never held an edge either so... It's a great product, and it holds itself super well but i'm not even sure if the steel is even acceptable quality. That might be an indicator of their internal issues, maybe highlights some of the problems you've had. Sorry to hear you had issues.
