It's amazing how much class affects the way complete strangers look at others. If this was a blue-collar family with average-looking children (in my opinion JonBenet *was* average looking, but put makeup on and there you are), the case would have been solved and closed years ago. Even the police behaved differently with the Ramseys and allowed so much contamination of the crime scene.

The first thing you would do is wake up the brother Burk to ask if he heard or saw anything. Why would have neighbors come over, I would suspect everybody. I would suspect my husband. I would be faster than the police trying to find my child. I couldn't find my four year old for one minute . Everybody in the apartment complex was out , i was pounding on their doors before police arrived. I was told my child went to the reservoir with some kids. I out ran the police officer, calling, screaming out to Jehovah God for help. When I found my child I fell to my knees in tears. The police officer didn't even caught up to me yet. It was extremely hot and humid in Michigan, I lost five pounds in ten minutes.

Patsy was ambidextrous. I am also ambidextrous. It is normal that we use different hands for different things. But the handwriting doesn't have to be the same for both hands. Edit.I took out my joke. Without being able to hear the voice/tone i'm speaking in, the joke just isn't funny so I'll spare you. I think she was a Christmas Gift to a Satanist friend of the Family. She was strangled twice, so that means she lived through one episode. Perhaps there was suppose to be a few of these but she died instead ? Once that happened everything changed and the Parents were told to mess things up so the truth wouldn't come out. That's my theory for the most part.

I think the triangular mark under her chin was caused by the knot of the cord. The cord was tied in the front of her neck. When it was tightened, from behind, the cord slipped around her neck cause that huge abrasion. You can tell the cord was tightened from behind because it dug in to her neck the most at the front of her neck. With all that hair it would be hard to tie the cord from behind while she was alive.

Could a panicking person, seeing the beginning of death throes (during what was perhaps some childhood game of doctor/'cowboys and indians', the usual scenario back in the day, where children were imprinted by the media into bondage normalisation) gone awry, not have coshed the convulsing person with an object (or against the ground?), to stop the thrashing about? I can't imagine how terrifying that would be, or how hard to think straight in a situation ( especially where no conscious ill intent had existed) and in a split second, someone made a terrible mistake. It's the only thing I can wrap my head around.

The beaver and animal fur did not match any item found in the Ramsey home. The DNA under JonBenet's fingernails matched the DNA on her underwear. DNA will solve this case. A Denver news channel interviewed an investigative reporter last night. Paula Woodward who has followed the case from the beginning. She worked for Denver 9 news before she retired. She said the Boulder PD has never been held accountable for their mistakes and actions. She also spoke about the unfair persecution of the Ramsey family. The 20/20 episode was based on evidence. Also Steve Thomas went on to be a carpenter in the Denver. The reporter who interviewed Linda Arndt said she was shocked by Arndt's statement about John Ramsey and holding her gun close.

There is no way these people are from some native tribe in the rain forest and don't know not to do that. They could likely see by the color of her skin and the coldness of her flesh that she was dead but check her pulse anyway if they are going to feel better with some kind of OCD behavior.

If there was paint brush used in the “garrotte” then surely this could be high on the list of a possible source of the animal hairs on the inside of the duct tape. The killer would have handled the paint brush, to strangle, and the duct tape, to silence and paint brushes often use animal hair for the brush

I really think the intruder or intruders had staged things to make it look like parents were involved to through police off of who really took her. I think maid was involved and helped plan it with intruders. I think she wrote randsome note and made her handwriting look like Patsy's. She had keys. She knew lay out if house. She needed money and could of known about John's bonus. Why in the hell was there a photo down in the basement by phone of Patsy with Patsy wearing a crown. This is so obvious that someone was trying to frame parents. I think that The suit case wouldn't fit through the widow with her in it.Things got out of hand when they were chocking her. They tazed her and she screamed and one of them hit her in the head. When they thought they had killed her, they just ran out of the house. It was a kidnapping that went wrong and ended in murder.

How would a kidnapper know where the housekeeper leaves notes for Patsy? Even if he was in the house hiding how would he know where to place a note unless he had seen a note there before, or was told where to place it to be found right away. Why is the note only to Mr Ramsey not both? Did the note writer feel the man was more important to address like females were not as important to him? Why not address both Mr and Mrs Ramsey?

The scream was abruptly stopped Probably by a hit over the head. Do you think she was being sexually assaulted at this time that caused her to scream? If yes, by whom (Burke or John)? I believe during the autopsy it was noted JB was sexually assaulted multiple times before the murder. At what time do you think Patsey got involved during the night of the murder or do you think something else happened and she was involved from the beginning? Do you think Patsey caught someone (either Burke or John) maybe assaulting her daughter and to cover up she staged the garrote, duct tape and ransom note? It sounds possible. There is something about the sexual a use that doesn't fit with my perception of either parent. That leaves you-know-who, although you could argue that his age precludes any ideation of sexually abusing JonBenet. OTOH, don't underestimate prepubescent children. We all know that boys are capable of abusing their sisters. But it's not something I would just assume.

Instead of Garotte, or ligature, let's try another word. How about TOURNIQUET? Hypothetical scenario: Person A hits person B on the head with a heavy, blunt object. There is no outward sign of blood at the injury site, but person B is bleeding from the nose. Person A panics and applies a tourniquet to person B's neck to stop the bleeding and inadvertently kills person B whilst doing so. Is that a possible scenario, at least as likely as any other? I really don't think there was any intent to kill.

Why do you mispronounce Patsy's name making I sound like you saying Betsy? It is very unnecessary and misleading, I keep wondering who is "Betsy"? Then thing, oh yeah, he means "Patsy"! Having an accent is one thing but that is unfair to distort facts. There was another word badly pronounced earlier in this video.

Beth Roundell, Good Lord, this guy does this for free and you nitpick. Bet you're a real delight to those around you. Let's discuss your poor sentence construction in your posts, hmmm? Perhaps, your lack of social skill? Maybe we'll get around to discussing how downright rude you are. Are you aware of how much time and energy it takes to produce this FREE video? Of course you don't because you are one of those pitiful people that think ONLY of themselves, and no concern or appreciation for other people and their contributions, as evidenced by your comments. Sad.

Debra K I beg to differ, the boots have been mentioned multiple times in various documents. This is an excerpt from the 'Bonita Papers' 'Clothing' section [[ Patsy had been wearing short black fur boots, and the detectives wondered if these were the boots that the Ramseys were saying they could not locate. The detectives were anxious to locate the fur boots to test for beaver hair.]]

@@ziggypop8106 She may have had fur boots but I doubt they were beaver. Did the detectives find these beaver boots?..

@Debra K You 'doubt they were beaver'. Fair enough, I'll stick with official statements, more reliable. Probably taken along with all the other stuff Pam Paugh removed on her evidence swoop
