It's amazing how much class affects the way complete strangers look at others. If this was a blue-collar family with average-looking children (in my opinion JonBenet *was* average looking, but put makeup on and there you are), the case would have been solved and closed years ago. Even the police behaved differently with the Ramseys and allowed so much contamination of the crime scene.

She was strangled twice, so that means she lived through one episode. Perhaps there was suppose to be a few of these but she died instead ? Once that happened everything changed and the Parents were told to mess things up so the truth wouldn't come out. That's my theory for the most part.
@o2bastahl2043 жыл бұрын
I think the triangular mark under her chin was caused by the knot of the cord. The cord was tied in the front of her neck. When it was tightened, from behind, the cord slipped around her neck cause that huge abrasion. You can tell the cord was tightened from behind because it dug in to her neck the most at the front of her neck. With all that hair it would be hard to tie the cord from behind while she was alive.

Could a panicking person, seeing the beginning of death throes (during what was perhaps some childhood game of doctor/'cowboys and indians', the usual scenario back in the day, where children were imprinted by the media into bondage normalisation) gone awry, not have coshed the convulsing person with an object (or against the ground?), to stop the thrashing about? I can't imagine how terrifying that would be, or how hard to think straight in a situation ( especially where no conscious ill intent had existed) and in a split second, someone made a terrible mistake. It's the only thing I can wrap my head around.

The beaver and animal fur did not match any item found in the Ramsey home. The DNA under JonBenet's fingernails matched the DNA on her underwear. DNA will solve this case. A Denver news channel interviewed an investigative reporter last night. Paula Woodward who has followed the case from the beginning. She worked for Denver 9 news before she retired. She said the Boulder PD has never been held accountable for their mistakes and actions. She also spoke about the unfair persecution of the Ramsey family. The 20/20 episode was based on evidence. Also Steve Thomas went on to be a carpenter in the Denver. The reporter who interviewed Linda Arndt said she was shocked by Arndt's statement about John Ramsey and holding her gun close.

If there was paint brush used in the “garrotte” then surely this could be high on the list of a possible source of the animal hairs on the inside of the duct tape. I really think the intruder or intruders had staged things to make it look like parents were involved to through police off of who really took her. I think maid was involved and helped plan it with intruders. I think she wrote randsome note and made her handwriting look like Patsy's. She had keys. She knew lay out if house. She needed money and could of known about John's bonus. Why in the hell was there a photo down in the basement by phone of Patsy with Patsy wearing a crown. This is so obvious that someone was trying to frame parents. I think that The suit case wouldn't fit through the widow with her in it.Things got out of hand when they were chocking her. They tazed her and she screamed and one of them hit her in the head. When they thought they had killed her, they just ran out of the house. It was a kidnapping that went wrong and ended in murder.

Even if he was in the house hiding how would he know where to place a note unless he had seen a note there before, or was told where to place it to be found right away. The scream was abruptly stopped Probably by a hit over the head. Do you think she was being sexually assaulted at this time that caused her to scream? If yes, by whom (Burke or John)? I believe during the autopsy it was noted JB was sexually assaulted multiple times before the murder. At what time do you think Patsey got involved during the night of the murder or do you think something else happened and she was involved from the beginning? Do you think Patsey caught someone (either Burke or John) maybe assaulting her daughter and to cover up she staged the garrote, duct tape and ransom note? There is no outward sign of blood at the injury site, but person B is bleeding from the nose. Person A panics and applies a tourniquet to person B's neck to stop the bleeding and inadvertently kills person B whilst doing so. Is that a possible scenario, at least as likely as any other?
