Hey guys, maybe somebody can help out this IT person who clearly can't figure out why my Sentinel software won't connect to my new HP2. FW is 1.05 Sentinel is ver 2.03 It will see the SD card if I select mass storage. The computer is Win 10 Great show.

Hi guys. Great job. I'm new at this scanner stuff. I have the HP ll, can I plug it in to my house current and use it as normal.
