Its easy to hide the flavor when cooking beef such as taco meat you dont taste a whole lot of beef do you just a ton of seasoning when you truly cook something well its flavor is enhanced rather than masked. So when they say the beef flavor they are referring to it in that regard that it really brought the flavor out like if you make whisket in an oak barrel and do nothing else. Taste like whiskey. But if you burn the barrel first it gets darker tastes more woody and has a deeper and fuller flavor thats what this channel is about people without the education and fame making food taste amazing and enjoying bringing out the natural flavor of the beef.😃😃😃

As for not using it anymore for fries for a fast food chain, I know quite a lot of people that don't like beef fat fries, and yeah the whole lot of people not eating meat doesn't help

@@CynforFrancii , IF you want the potato flavor to dominate the taste of the French Fries you probably have to use a vegetable oil such as soybean oil instead of an animal fat based oil. The best French Fries I ate came from a fryer that was used for nothing else but frying various cuts of potato. From thick wedge to thin shoestring. Soybean oil. Nothing else was allowed in that fryer. The manager of the place told me that the universal "Oil will not transfer flavors between different foods." was a lie concocted to help someone make more profit.
