My father has been listening to Deep Purple since he was a young teenager (he's now 64), and thanks to him, my sister and I inherited his musical taste since we were babies. Now that I'm 32 years old, it brings me a lot of joy and nostalgia when they release new material because I feel like I'm growing alongside the band, and their music has accompanied me throughout my life. I know many things aren't forever, like having your parents or friends who are aging, but Purple will still be there and will never let me forget how happy I was and am!! Congratulations to the band 🤘🏻!!!! Greetings from Argentina🇦🇷!

Both of us were huge rock music fans, and every time we met he would start playing his old records of Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, and Queen. We would listen to it together and discuss everything about the band. Today when I saw this Music Video thumbnail on KZbin, I automatically clicked on it, and as I listened to this song my tears started to fall. It would have been amazing if we could listen to it together, I can imagine how he would be so excited to talk about their music and sounds. God, I haven't cried this hard since his funeral. I'm always saddened when a band with so much talent and a great following disbands. Deep Purple has persevered no matter who has left, come back or unfortunately passed away (Jon Lord, bless his soul). When a band receives new talent, I think it only enhances their energy and their following. When "Turning to Crime" came out I thought maybe that would be their last album as Steve Morse left unexpectedly due to family health issues and Pace and Glover (both 75) and Gillian and Airy (both 78) would probably retire. Along comes Simon McBride who in his own way has filled the guitar spot professionally and is one Hell of a guitarist. I was so overjoyed when I saw this video and looking forward to getting this new album. I'll never give up on Deep Purple! When people that say that it's not Deep Purple without Richie Blackmore and Jon Lord (God bless him), I just wish they would give "new blood" a chance! All Hail DEEP PURPLE!

No Blackmore, no Deep Purple. This is awesome, but without John Lord and Blackmore, this song doesn't have everything that Deep Purple is. I am happily surprised, but I would not go that far, as saying this is everything I like in Deep Purple.
@cl56196 ай бұрын
@@marcomoreiradasilva7294 The consistency of band personnel has never been an expectation for what Deep Purple is. They have always had an ever changing lineup, often known as Mark 1, Mark 2, Mark 3 and so on. Mark 4 Deep Purple was without Blackmore and Ian Gillian, BTW. Mark 1 also didn’t have Gillian. Jon Lord has passed (RIP) so there’s no choice but replace him Drummer Ian Paice, I believe, is the only member who has been on every Deep Purple album. This version of Deep Purple has 3 of the 5 members from Mark 2 (Machine Head DP). In particular, it has the voice of Ian Gillian, which carries a lot of the identity of Deep Purple. With all that, I have absolutely no reluctance to consider this every bit as legitimate as a representation of Deep Purple as any lineup in the past. This is especially the case because it sounds like Deep Purple.

I was only 13 years old when I listened Deep Purple for the very first time back on 1970 and their heavy metal was magic like Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin, 54 years later we all get this gift by Deep Purple and their inmortal heavy metal sound and they all look just amazing and strong and the way it looks there will be Deep Purple for quite a few more years! God bless you guys and the force be with you!!!

Willie Nelson turned 91 this week and the 80+ year old Rolling Stones open a new tour in America this week. It's good that Rock N Roll is finally rejuvenating with these youngsters in their 70s finally coming forward. And we idiots were afraid that Rock N Roll would die out. No seriously, Ian Gillan is still one of the best voices in the rock world.🤘🤘
