I had a sudden darn painful backache after doing household chores and couldn’t even get my upper torso up to get out of bed. Turns to your slow stretches to gently help me improve and I am feeling better together with ointment. You are a saviour!

Fabulous! Sometimes holding yin poses for a longer time doesn't feel so great to me but this practice wasn't like that at all, the time seemed to fly by. 💚🙏

Lovely practice. Thanks! The audio needs a bit of tweaking though. In the silent moments the mic sometimes seems to hiss and starts to search for sounds like traffic and aeroplanes and then when you speak again it comes in super loud for a second.

Oops sorry about that. Does turning on your side a bit more help? Maybe using a bent arm as head support?
