Thanks deepak for this recipe I am going to try it this weekend. My hubby is born, studied and lived in bangalore moved to Chennai because of work. He misses the karnataka cuisine I keep trying many recipes but the result not so good or authentic. I am an Anglo Indian born and lived all my life in Chennai. Superb sambhar, I will definitely try, is it spicy sambar? U add 20 red chillies, 10 pepper corn also, how much chillies to add for less spicy? I do not eat spicy, please share

Make it 10 than, more over byadagi chillies are not that spicy.
