Well done Mahesh and good luck for the final win. I am 100% sure that the Judge only entertained most of your views because you were better prepared and you had a useful lawyer by your side. As I understand how challenging it is to get the judge to listen to you in the beginning of such cases. Most of the courts across the country won't let it go that far, you will be shut in the beginning itself. Although in the end truth prevails but its so much painful for husband and his parents and family members. Excellent work Deepika Ji. Thank you for bringing this case in light.

He could only do it because she took the court as a joke. If she were a little more careful, it would be practically impossible for him to win. But if she were that intelligent, she would not file these cases in the first place. Breaking up a marriage does not make you rich, you can enjoy your husband's income anyway if you live with him. If you support him, he will earn a lot more.

Trend these days : Marry, live with him for 5-6 months, put the cases for money. So in summary, they ask their daughters to live and maybe sleep with a man for 5-6 months for 20-25 lakhs.

Family Court judge has admitted in an order that, though she had hidden the fact that she is working on govt job in cross examination, but this lie does not comes under cognisable or non cognisable crime. Hence all the crcpc.sec. Mentioned under perjury is not applicable...

It certainly has motivated many people suffering such cases as the law is seemingly so lenient towards women . Women it seems have no responsibility to produce any evidence. Secondly the litigation procedure itself is so time and money consuming that it stresses the life out of a person. हम भी इसी दौर से गुजर रहे हैं। हमने भी 340 लगाया उसने शपथ लेकर भिन्न भिन्न अदालतों में भिन्न बयान दिए हैं,125 के साथ . लेकिन कोर्ट तारीख पर तारीख करता है। लेकिन 125 में अंतरिम भत्ता बांध दिया। 6 साल हो गए। वह बयान देने से बचती है। 498A, DV में भी यही हाल है। Complaint केस है। उसका भाई रीडर है कोर्ट में। section 09 ex party हमारे पक्ष में हो गया है। 6 साल से मकान किराये का लेकर केस लड़ रहे हैं। आपसे मिलना चाहें तो कैसे मिले।

My wife lives in delhi rajouri garden and she filed cases 125crpc under dv act in gurgaon court. Everything happened arguments n all yet judge said to give interim maintenance she is earning also but phir bhi she is getting what to do. Evidences have been submitted by judge sahab toh biased nikle kya karu.

Bro , i have put a 340 too on my wife today i.e 2nd May 2024 where in she has conceiled 90% of her assets and accounts !! In my case the girls family is asking for mediating and ready to giveup on complete alimony amount they demanded and even the maintenance of my child and have approached my relatives multiple times !! But i have rejected for any mediation in the court until they agree for shared parenting else not only in Income affidavits , i am planning to put 340 in DV and 498a too for which i have huge evidences and girl has already made multiple lie statements . I told the judge if i have committed anything wrong in my marriage , put me behind bars but m not going for mediation now , but if i prove all the crimes are done by the girls family i want an assurity that the culprit shall be punished without discriminating on the basis of gender and i shall fight even if i need to till my last breadth and wont backout for any settlemenent , unless its my daughters joint custody !! Else that women if proved guilty be behind bars !! Fingers crossed - m going all out now !!!
