FIR is filed, man spends time waiting for hearing, lower courts pass contrdictory judgements, man appeals in higher courts. Few years go by. Womans real motive - not justice, but to teach him a lesson. Mission accomplished. If man cannot afford SC or high tier advocate, he sadly accepts judgement of lower court. If he is acquitted he gets squat. Theres no system of compensating the victim here and no one wants to talk of it either, no one except reactively when it should be proactive after each acquittal. Not politicians, not activists, not lawyers, not judges, no one. Mras claim so many judgements as "landmark" when in reality it all means squat.

Thease case are Reverese Rapes, Here mens are being Raped in front of society, courts by these shameless womens. But, our laws states that only women can be raped. This is worst then women being raped. I might feel hash but any women raped face only once, but these mens who are facing false rape cases face these humilation everyday. False promise to marry for any lady 18 plus age is completely bullshit. I hace no regret saying that, women above 18 can think and can refuse sex if they want to. Only forced sex should be termed as rape our judges are simps thats it.

I also think We should avoid 1. Any romantic relationship in In Dian jurisdiction 2. No Ro Mantic relationship if she holds In Dian passport. But problem is if S He becomes vindictive for some reason & S He get to know such anti MA n law exists S He may come to India to file it because these fake promises law don’t exist in their country, Do u know the laws , if whole relationship happened in abroad & s He foreigner , can s He file case in in Dia?? The very premise that mutually consented sex can later become rape, if the woman changes her mind is morally, legally, fundamentally flawed. This is not just wrong in every way but pledges that All men want is the body of a woman. All women want is legal rights to the property of a man. (Marriage) And sex is just a tool for that arrangement. It was never so, it was always a very good way of Bonding and intimacy. But I guess we have drifted too far away in the wrong direction. Failed as a society.
