I've noticed some people list on ebay/wish/amazon so they can cover places that may not get one or more of those sites. Like there's US Amazon and EU Amazon, more I'm sure. So you list on Amazon to sell in the states if you're american and wish to get the Asian market, possibly the EU market, and ebay as a catch all. that's probably why you got the set from the American seller on wish that was in an ebay bag. they put it on wish to market the product outside the US, but were probably also a big ebay lister. just my experience anyway.

Hey Pat, I used to buy cards on amazon but after getting quite a few fakes, I found a better way than ripping to check for the black in the middle. All you gotta do is shine a light on one side of the card (I use my phone) and if you look on the other side of the card and see the side of the card that you're shinning the light through on the other side its fake. The real cards are unable to be seen even with a light and I think that's why it's there in the first place probably to stop any cheating of seeing through the cards.

As a mtg player, I dont understand how black core is somehow a way to tell its real. Mtg cards have a blue core, but all the china fakes are black core, since black core stock is easy to get. So I'd just assume pokemon fakes are also black core. Seems like a bad way to determine if a card is real or not.

I have a binder-behavior question: I recently gotten a D-ring binder after winning some Pokemon cards. They were already in sleeves, and I put them in the card pages bought that were bought separately. I am also storing them in my room where the air conditioning is on - with the binding standing up.
