“Everybody that you meet in life knows something that you don’t” that’s enlightening right there.

As a young hunter I read Roger 's book took alot from it. I always sought out guys that were successful in different ways and just listened to them talk .I picked up knowledge bit by bit and have become a very successful bow hunter here in my local area. There were alot of mistakes to learn from but knowledge was the key that I picked up from other successful hunters some older some younger..

His description of his funnels at the beginning makes me miss the spot we had for ONE year right in the Missouri River bluffs. We killed 2 over 170 in those 3 days out of the same stand. It was where two hollows one came out of the river and another one started down the other side. Both 4 ft deep and straight down and shallowest until the crest and connected to a gap in the fence. Right there.. it was heaven The next year they put in a dang subdivision.. 😢

Come on my farm and let me know the best spot for a big buck. I had a couple shooters and once they lost velvet, they must have went to the neighboring county. Same thing every year

Knowledge won’t kill you a giant buck, unless you have access to property that has giant bucks. And if you have access to land that has giant bucks, you really don’t need to know that much about hunting.

Yup just go plop your butt anywhere out there and the big bucks will show up

Everywhere you go has atleast one sure enough good one hiding in a hole somewhere. Just like when you’re fishing, and you catch 150 9” crappie, there’s a 16” slab hunkered down in there somewhere. You’ve just gotta put the time in and understand what you’re seeing.

I think he spoke of people like you in this video! Jealous people who thinks he doesn't deserve the light shined on him and bashing people on the internet. Listen and learn something from the OGs of our love for bow hunting. Would say good luck on your season but not sure you deserve it 😁

He definitely thinks he knows everything about deer hunting. He is too full of himself.
