DEER TRACKING IN MASSACHUSETTS | "A Bad Day to be a Big Woods Buck!"

Tracking a big buck in the snow in Western Massachusetts. I hunted in Massachusetts for the first time in 2019. I returned to an area I had been when training as a Soldier in the MA Army National Guard. I had found a shed antler when training which is what gave me the idea to hunt there. I had no idea I would hunt the same buck that shed the antler I'd found. I have come a long way as a hunter and a film-maker since this was made and I'm going to have a lot to show you in 2020. #deerhunting #themainewoods #deertracking

That was another great hunt, watching all your deer tracking videos tonight. Really great channel, and muzzleloader is one of my favorite times to hunt being so cold for us late December most people are not out anymore, deer move heavy. You ever just quarter them and pack them out?a guy can get a whole deer in a pack. Also,I don't mean any disrespect.i realize when hunting sometimes things dont go as planned. But your not just shooting the deer anywhere,in the hopes it slows him down so you can get enough in him to drop him,are you?

I was skirting around a swamp, my headlamp died and I heard something in front of me, I thought it was probably a beaver but it sounded big and heavy the way it was breaking brush, I started to go around it and cut it’s track so I turned on the flashlight on my phone and saw that it was a massive bear track.
