Im 5ft9 and its short. I drilled 2 holes in each end on of the narrow strap for more length.

The lighting in this video is poor, hard to see what's going on. Why is the short end of the adjustment range so short that no human could use it and the long end is just barely long enough for a normal person. I don't get it.

Strap is easy to shorten or make smaller. But you can not make any longer for a large person. Seems to be at full length at the shoulder pad. I have to keep looking, too hard to get on and off. Wish I knew before

@@dbm5540 I am certainly a large person, so I feel your pain here. :-) Best thing I found was to use chicago screws instead of the cradle system. This will help. Otherwise, you can also reach out to any leather/belt maker and they may be able to make you longer strap add ons. I have also had success with this approach. This strap is way too short....no amount of adjustment will fix that.
