Hey Robert, those Gafftop Sail Catfish are actually very good eats, they are just slimy. You should try a catch clean cook! P.S. if you want to try it, snip the find and put in a burlap sack and when you pull them out they won't be slimy. They are also great fried!

Looks like ur fishing with 🎅! What i would give to go see fishing with my dad like when I was younger! My thyroid is a hindrance and my back and knee's wouldn't let travel pain free! Plus my dad wouldn't leave my mum, she has lung cancer with other issues, and with covid I can't go near them as he's nit long finished chemo for prostate cancer! Love watching you cook, i used one of your ideas last week when i cooked some backstrap. Sliced onions and sliced backstrap sauteed then added broth and whipping cream to make a sauce. Then put it on rice. AWESOME

Love black drum. The black drum under 30" are excellent to eat. I prefer drum blackened than baked with spicy stewed rotel tomato with side of rice and steamed veggies 😀
