I'mma just say this: Cheating isn't a mistake. It's a series of decisions that you made where you allowed yourself to be intimate with a person other than your significant. From talking, to going out for drinks, to solo time, to deep conversations, the touching, the glances, you were constantly allowing yourself to get comfortable with someone else knowing that it could/would hurt your SO if they found out but chose what you wanted regardless of that. Knocking something off of a table because you weren't aware of how close to it you were, is an accident. Kissing someone else, fucking them, having emotions for'em, isn't. Stop lying to yourself, stop lying to your partner, stop with the bullshit.

Cheating is a mistake. If I had intentions all of a sudden to be a athlete, willingly making good grades and scholarships based off a sport, but when I become one I don’t like it. That’s still a mistake, it’s a mistake because I would have taken the road with no lasting meaning behind it to me. Maybe I would have preferred to become some else like a engineer. Same with cheating. Most ppl don’t plan on it, but let’s say they in a unstable relationship. When someone else comes in, now u have new intentions, to gain some satisfaction. However, afterwards u regret it, knowing it was now a mistake

idk it had me thinking about what if you're in an abusive relationship you can't leave and find someone who's helping you get out of it. that's what happened to my mom. she was in a marriage her parents basically pressured her into and the man had control of her financials and was physically abusive to her. she met someone who helped her get control of her finances and get away. but that makes me wonder if something like that is really a relationship or not

This video just really hurts me to watch, I’ve never cheated but I’ve been cheated on by my very first girlfriend whom I was with for 2 years, being so deeply in love and invested with someone for them to stab you in the back like that is a pain that no person should experience, it was especially painful because it was a childhood friend of mine that I considered my best friend that she cheated on me with, safe to say it really changes you when something like that happens, it’s hard to recover from that emotionally and it takes a lot for you to be even capable of trusting people

I've been cheated on. Once in high school so we broke up. But after him I got cheated on and because he was honest about it I would give him chance after chance. Then I ended up cheating on HIM and I didn't feel good about it and I wasnt going to tell him. He just KNEW. But then he decided he was going to cheat on ME because I cheated on him after the countless times he cheated on me. It became a game to him because he was hurt. That's when I KNEW we were finally done and I broke up with him. But we also had a child together so we had to coparent so that was awkward. Well for HIM. I was over him.
