Defeated by infertility / What I wish I'd known when struggling to conceive

When you're struggling to conceive you might start to feel like it's never going to happen for you. Maybe you're still going along with the motions but in your heart you've given up hope.
If you're feeling defeated and stressed out by infertility I want you to know these things. I WISH I'd known this sooner.
Above all I want you to know. It's safe to take a break and look after you. You're going to be okay.

Thank you for this video. My boyfriend and I took a break from IVF and we are planning fun things for ourselves and friends. It's hard to let go but I'm seeing it's so important I focus on my joy and happiness.

You'd think that stopping drinking and getting the exact amount of sleep you should get and taking your temperature everyday and LH tests everyday would not be much of an inconvenience. But it is! Thanks for the pep talk. I'm used to having 2 or 3 beers a week and I miss it.

Currently pregnant with a high probability of miscarriage after 8 embryo losses. Thank you. My heart is broken. Both my hcg and ultrasound were not appropriate for 7 weeks yesterday. We have another ultrasound on Friday.

I already know that I can't have any biological children. I was 27 when my period just stopped (no eggs left). Im 30 now, but I still struggle so much, doctors said they found no reason why, it just happens sometimes I was told..you shoud've gotten pregnant very early in your life. It just so hard sometimes.
