I was looking for a reliable source to find out if there was an energy cap for so long now. Thank you for confirming my hypothesis. Now that I know this for a fact, I can confirm that the highest damage you can deal without going infinite is 21,504,924 with conjure blade+

@@arnoldcedeno8161 there's a bunch of stuff I didn't include but if you want me to get into the gory details I will. You need to play as ironclad, find prismatic shard as early as possible, get paper phrog, phantasmal killer, pen nib, a way to get to 999 strength, akabeko, master reality, chemical x, conjure blade+,a source of mantra, and a source of vulnerable. If you crunch the numbers you will end up with an expunger that hits 1002 times with all of your buffs for a total of (15+8+999)×1002×3×2×2×1.75=21,504,924 damage from a single expunger. (Mic drop)
