You should be in price job / government job or should have your own business of you don't fit in anyone of these you can't apply because while filling up form employee have to take no.objection certificate and those who are in business they have to show income tax returns

Only for the time you will serve. Its mostly for 2 months a year, but they can ask you for more months yo serve if there is any such requirement
