The thing is that you're not "right" if you can't follow proper decorum and procedure. Courts are run with a high level of protocol and procedure and you're not right if you can't follow those procedures.

Most Judges I've seen don't take it out on the next defendant, I've seen them even take a break when they get upset so they can come back and be fair to those following these crayCray types...

Judges can be emotional, biased, and even corrupt. However, they should (and I hope most do) take each case on its merits, and take a break to clear their minds in the event of a particularly difficult case.

I have a little insider information here. The guy who interrupted the judge about the live feed, was not a tech. It was another sovereign citizen. Supposedly a buddy of the defendant.

Most courts don't allow filming during court proceedings, so I'm surprised they didn't toss that guy.(at least in TN you can't have your phone on and recording is 100% a no no)...

Why? I've Recused a Few, Ruined One, and the 1st prosecutor too... If I am not Willing to Argue with and Stand Up to the Judge as a Pro se Litigant, than at least half of them would Walk All Over Me, and than I surely wouldn't be me now would I, I'd be Like You! But I am Not Like You! And Nor Should I Be! But I guess that's Why I Got my Last Two Cases Dropped Pro se Pre-Trial, and also way the Government Tried Setting me up in Those Two Fraudulent Cases...

i only ever knew one of these sovereign citizens irl, he was nobody i'd ever associate with myself, but the brother (foster brother, who would go on to SA this sister of his) of a lady i'd get pills from. this guy was malicious, but also just too stupid to exist. he would right in front of me and inside a tanning salon i drove them to, be scamming people over his phone, running a scam where you pretend to represent a hacker who will fix your credit for $$$$. then they call and say the feds are on to them. then a "crooked fed" extorts cash out of them so they avoid charges.... it's a multi-step and OLD scam script from the early 90s at latest.... but he'd be doing this on the phone at long clips in front of anybody, he just didn't care.... didn't have the sense to be slightly private about FELONIES he is actively committing he broke into his own sister's place and SA her while on speed last I knew of him, he borrowed a car THE DAY he got out of prison or jail. made a connect inside, somehow had some seed money, he took his borrowed car, and bought bulk fentanyl. immediately after buying it, he turned the wrong way down a one-way leaving the place, with no seat belt on. drugs were left in plain view on the passenger's seat doing this THE DAY he got home, i don't expect they decided to show him much leniency. but i googled him once and found his Twitter, and it was all this sovereign citizen nonsense, him trying to sell ebooks about it. LOL

I don’t think it’s ever directly won a case.There have been cases where people used the whole sovereign citizen nonsense and won however they won for reasons completely unrelated to it.

Yep I represented myself one time, and I misspoke during a civil matter over a few thousand dollars owed that was disputed. And simply because I misspoke, I lost my case. Just because I was nervous and flustered.

Didnt he decide that court had jurisdiction over his case by showing up and trying to “fight” his case? Otherwise why even show up. If a 5yr old rolls up on him with a citation to show up at his kiddie court is this guy going to show up and try to defend himself? No. Why? Sir, stop playing and wasting the courts time! And If Im waiting on my turn to face this judge, Im mad at YOU for annoying him before I have to face him. Dont put me in the same jail as you.

Judge Fleisher just had one of these guys and had the BEST answer...... He simply said "If you don't think I have jurisdiction, just leave.... walk out and go home, if I don't have any jurisdiction over you, nothing will happen. If I do have it, you'll be in jail tonight. You sat here for 5 hours to tell me I don't have jurisdiction over you? If I were in your shoes, I wouldn't wait 5 hours".

Pissing off a judge is a stupid thing. The Judge was being very generous with giving him plenty of opportunities to get an attorney vs what will await him if he fails after representing himself and getting the maximum.

By the fact that he's in court, he's acknowledging that the court has jurisdiction...or, he wouldn't have bothered to even show up. Also, the judge should ask the defendant if he can give the address of the court that he thinks he should be in. If the defendant still doesn't understand, then a competency hearing should be ordered.
