This is my fourth time on probation, and like my 12th time getting arrested. I was just thinking about how much my life is turned around, I’m thankful for Probation honestly. I was a horrible drug addict for 15 years of my life, I left half of my childhood behind for drugs. My parents have found me dead before, I’ve been in more treatment programs than I have fingers and toes on my body, but today I’m almost 2 years sober. I’m crying writing this, but damn it feels good to want to be alive now. The best gift I can give it to my parents and my kids is wanting to alive now. Thank you for these videos ❤

I went to court for a probation violation hearing years ago and there were these 2 guys, they were friends of each other and they were drunk AF. They had come to court to turn them selves in to start their sentence. They couldnt even walk. They each had 2 deputies basically carry them into the court room. The judge asked them how they got to court and they both said the other one drove. It was like a comedy skit of what not to do when you show up to turn yourself into jail for sentencing. If i remember correctly they only had to serve the weekend until they showed up so drunk. The judge said they were both being held on suspicion of DUI until they could figure out who actually drove. They turned the weekend in lock up into a whole lot more time.

They were going to jail right then and I guess the judge would watch the surveillance tapes in the parking garage or wherever. This was in Pennsylvania. I don't know the laws plus this was like 15 years ago. Maybe I misheard. I was more worried about the 9 months in county jail that I was just moments away from starting to serve. Regardless the judge was not happy that one of these guys drove to court in that state of drunkenness.

I live next to Clearwater, FL. The cops in my area know the tweakers and their spots. I worked at a gas station at night and became friends with most the cops and most the tweakers, at least the chill ones. I remember my favorite uncle going to prison in 1983. He only got out 4 years ago. Murder and shit inside. Kids have no clue what awaits them in adult court. Just watching methheads makes me nervous and exhausted. I’m an addict myself and I’ve struggled with it my entire adult life and I still can’t understand how anyone could live that lifestyle. They look miserable even when they have their dope. With me, rehab didn’t take, suboxone didn’t work, and as a last resort I tried methadone. Luckily it worked and I’ve abstained from all other narcotics since starting it for over 3 years now. Thank the lord. When you use the stuff like you’re supposed to it really works. God bless all you other addicts out there.

He's tweaking. I was a Sheriff’s Deputy who worked mainly in the county jails. We used to get people like him all the time. By the time they left, they were detoxed and healthy. They would look like a completely different person. Sadly, they often returned the same way they did the first time. Stay out of jail/prison! And most importantly, stay away from (hard) drugs! They can bring any person down; it is a hard path to recovery. Excellent video, by the way! I love what you're doing with the channel.
