How did the lawyer do that? Ol' Ernesto was the one who couldn't keep his story straight. He's a pathological liar. He lied himself right into prison. She told the judge about the immigration problems. He's the one who decided to "embellish" the story to get deferred. He didn't need to do that, lawyer had set him up a pretty sweet deal. _He_ fcked it up. If he'd kept to the story in the PSI report, he'd have gotten probation. Talk to the federal government; and don't just blindly blame Democrats. Trump was in charge for 4 years; nothing stopped him from instructing ICE to detain and deport everyone convicted of a felony who was still in the country. But that wasn't a priority because it costs money and it's not splashy. That's the thing to remember...it doesn't matter who we elect because they'll just continue to let us down until we get a viable third party and stop blindly voting for people cause there's an "R" or a "D" after their name.

Your children don’t need YOUR DEBTS placed on their heads as your promises! That is a very evil thing to do to children you are supposed to love. Save yourself…heck with the bad things that might happen to them as a result of your words…I cannot say ‘…your oath…’ because you just broke your oath in this Courtroom! Shame on you!

Why wasn't he deported the first time.....? Because those who have the authority and responsibility to enforce our immigration laws do not want to enforce them. That's why.

My husband grew up around addicts, his dad is in prison serving a 100 year sentence without the possibility of parole, he grew up homeless sleeping in motels and in cars, he dropped out of high school to helped raise his younger siblings. Even with all this misfortune he still kept his head down kept a stable job and found a family that helped him grow. It's about character and how you face those challenges. He had everything working against him and yet he never turned into crime.
